The Battery come into the game as the top team in the East. This is the second match of a ouble-header, after the debut of Legion 2.

Alabama South starts their first season, after a friendly aganiat Columbus United (NPSL). They looked good against United, but lost the match 3-0.

Birmingham looks to get back into winning form after losing thier previous game. Spring season record is 2-5-1.
