Ramiz Hamouda has been called up to represent the USYNT squad for U17 World Cup qualifying matches. The 16 year-old is fresh off of a month-long training camp with Werder Bremen in Germany, and showed great form in the Legion friendly against Atlanta. Qualifying matches are Feb 10 thu 17 in Costa Rica. The top team from the group will compete in the U17 World Cup in Qatar in November of this year.

I've been expecting Columbus United to be among the clubs that have jumped ship from NPSL. Especially after they weren't among Open Cup clubs for the league, after their 2024 run through the playoffs should have had them in. But, the first posting for season tickets states that they'll be in NPSL after all.
Meanwhile, FC Columbus Elite has been promoted to the UPSL Premier division for the Spring, where they will join FC Birmingham and Fountain City FC.
