Friendly Thursday
Dothan United had an extra fixture

One of the many things I appreciate about Dothan United is that they've found ways to extend their season - even if they don't end up making the playoffs. On Thursday night they played their third home friendly, two of those being in-season. This game was against a USL2 team from another division, and likely due to another connection from team president Steve Donner's time in Florida. Swan City made the drive up from Lakeland, FL to play one final game for the summer. The crowd was another good one for the Dragons, and my guesstimate is 1500-1800 fans. A very solid turnout for a friendly that's just two days ahead of the next (final) home game. There was no stream, and the only update posted was the final score. Dothan took care of business, winning 2-0.
